CALLING ALL AUTHORS
At this year’s EFCA East One Voice Leadership Conference, we’re introducing a new opportunity: a book table featuring published authors from within our district. For the first time, we’ll be highlighting the voices and stories of EFCA East pastors, leaders, and ministry partners - and we want to do it with excellence.
If you’ve written a book and would like it to be considered for inclusion, we invite you to submit your work for review.
What We’re Looking For
We’re curating a collection of books that align with our district’s mission to live well, lead well, and multiply. Priority will be given to titles that encourage and equip ministry leaders, particularly in the following areas:
-
Discipleship and spiritual growth
-
Church leadership and ministry
-
Evangelism, mission, and multiplication
-
Theological insight grounded in the EFCA Statement of Faith
-
Personal stories of faith, calling, or perseverance
Books in other categories may be considered, but must be relevant to the conference audience.
Submission Guidelines
To be considered, authors must be affiliated with EFCA East (serving in a district church, on staff, or with a partner ministry). Please submit the following via email by September 15:
-
Book title and brief description (1–2 paragraphs)
-
Author bio
-
Publishing details (self-published, traditional, etc.)
-
A PDF copy or preview link for review
Email submissions to: julie.stine@efca.org
All submissions will be reviewed by the EFCA East advisory board for theological alignment and relevance. Please note that space is limited and not all submissions may be selected.
We’re thankful for the many voices in our district and excited to celebrate how God is working through your writing!
