WINTERCON26-Final

March 13-15, 2026 @ Kalahari Resort | Poconos

CONvene | CONnect | CONsider | CONstruct | CONtend

WinterCon 2026 isn’t just another youth event—it’s a weekend designed to ignite disciplemaking momentum in your ministry.

From the moment students arrive, they’ll CONvene with hundreds of peers from across the region, CONnect in meaningful relationships with your student ministry, and CONsider how to live out their faith with boldness and clarity. Through powerful teaching, worship, and community, they’ll CONstruct a biblical worldview and be equipped to CONtend for the gospel in their everyday lives. WinterCon is more than a conference—it’s a gathering that strengthens your students and supports your ministry’s long-term mission.

WinterCon 2026 at Kalahari Resort is the kind of experience your students will talk about all year.

With one of the largest indoor waterparks in the country, thrilling attractions, and a vibrant atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to break away from the ordinary and dive into something unforgettable. From the moment your group arrives, we take care of everything—lodging, programming, worship —so you can focus on what matters most: connecting with your students and watching God move. Just get your group to the resort, and we’ll handle the rest. It’s more than a conference—it’s a weekend of impact, adventure, and spiritual momentum.

Total cost: $195 per person

  • Conference Registration $80
  • Lodging booked directly with Kalahari: $230 per night  (includes resort fee). 2 nights $460 divided by 4 people. = $115

*To keep costs as low as possible, this price includes dinner at the resort on Saturday night but not breakfast or lunch. We made the decision to let individuals pay for their own breakfasts and lunch during free time at the resort on their own. The resort does allow food to be brought into rooms as long as it is eaten in the rooms and not in public spaces. So you may want to supply your group with a grab-and-go breakfast option or send them to the various counter service or sit-down options at the resort.

A dedicated website is now available for you to book your hotel rooms online.
